About Matt

The earliest memories I have are in my backyard cavorting with pure enjoyment and bodily innocence. No pressure, no performance, just a natural celebration of how the human body performs.  This work began long before I recognized it.

This grew into a lifelong study of movement, mobility, fascia, and human behavior. My training spans functional mobility, movement science, and life coaching, supported by degrees in Coaching and in Human Resource Development with more than 4,000 client sessions. It all came together to form my true gift: helping people return to ease —freeing the playful self beneath their tension.

Today, I use my blend of technical expertise and intuitive guidance to assist people rebuild a healthier, more useful relationship with their bodies. Everyday is my supreme honor to get to watch sweet, loving beings become reborn.
