Bodywork often focuses on relieving physical symptoms without addressing the emotional, perceptual, and behavioral patterns linked to them. This work includes the body, but also how you relate to stress, pressure, and your environment—so changes are more likely to integrate into daily life rather than reset temporarily.

Coaching is present- and forward-oriented. We are not focused on diagnosing or analyzing the past, but on what is happening in your system now and how it wants to reorganize. While emotional material can arise, the work stays grounded in this embodied experience rather than narrative processing.

People often come in with chronic tension or pain, stress that does not seem to turn off, difficulty resting, performance plateaus, or a sense that they are functioning well externally but feel strained internally. More details in my Mission page.

That is a common starting point. This work does not add another technique to manage—it focuses on helping your system reorganize itself. For many people, that difference is what allows change to last. I encourage you to visit my Mission page for more detail.

The way your life will improve may look different than you imagine. But the body always has our best interest at heart. We do not exactly know what wisdom will be revealed. I explore this more fully in my Mission page.

The first session by itself will be very powerful. But we will see very large patterns emerging by around session seven.

That is very common. You do not need to label sensations or “get it right.” We go with exactly what is there, and awareness develops naturally through the process rather than as a prerequisite.

There is a clear underlying framework, but sessions themselves are responsive. Some days are more focused, others more exploratory. The structure supports the process rather than constraining it.
